Bonuses & Offers
When you make your first deposit at fh99, a 120% welcome bonus is automatically added to your account. No separate code or form is required. The maximum bonus is ৳8,000. For example, if you deposit ৳1,000, you receive ৳1,200 as a bonus and your total balance becomes ৳2,200. Simply go to the fh99 Login page, log in, and make your first deposit.
Wagering means completing a set amount of bets using the bonus funds. At fh99, the wagering requirement is calculated at 25 times the bonus amount only — not the deposit. For example: for a ৳1,200 bonus, you need to complete ৳1,200 × 25 = ৳30,000 in total bets. Once that is done, any winnings earned from the bonus can be withdrawn.
Generally, slot games, live casino table games, and sports betting all count toward the wagering calculation. However, the contribution rate may vary by game. For specific details, check fh99's terms and conditions page or ask our live chat support directly — they are available 24/7.
No. The welcome bonus is available only once per player — at the time of the first deposit only. Attempting to claim the bonus by creating multiple accounts risks those accounts being suspended. VIP cashback and other ongoing offers are available for regular players.

Yes, you can choose to skip the bonus and play in real money mode directly. The option to cancel or opt out of the bonus is available in account settings or can be requested via live chat. Keep in mind that once a bonus has been activated, cancelling it midway may not be possible.
Cricket & Sports Betting
fh99's cricket betting section offers markets including Match Winner, Top Batsman, Top Bowler, Innings Total, Over/Under, Powerplay Score, Most Sixes, and more. For example, in a Bangladesh vs India match you can place bets on markets like "Match Winner" or "Over of First Wicket to Fall."
Yes. fh99 offers betting on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and various other international cricket tournaments. Beyond cricket, you can also bet on football, kabaddi, and other sports. Full details of all events are available on the cricket betting page.
If a match is incomplete due to rain or any other reason, or if a "no-result" is declared, those bets are generally considered void and the full stake is refunded. However, conditions may vary for specific markets. Check fh99's betting rules or live chat support to be sure.
An accumulator bet combines multiple matches or markets into a single bet, where the odds of each selection are multiplied together. A successful accumulator can therefore return far more than a single bet. However, if any one selection loses, the entire bet is lost. This feature is available in fh99's sports betting section.
Bets are settled based on the official result immediately after the match ends. Winnings are automatically added to your fh99 account balance. If there is any delay, you can let us know via live chat — the support team is ready to help 24/7.

Slot Games
RTP (Return to Player) is the theoretical percentage of total wagers that a slot game returns to players over the long term. It serves as a general guide to understanding a game's odds — but the outcome of every spin is completely random. Games with a higher RTP are generally considered better value over the long run, though this does not guarantee any wins.
Many slot games have a demo or free-play mode where you can try the game using virtual credits. This makes it easy to understand the game mechanics, features, and bonus rounds. Winnings from demo mode cannot be withdrawn — it is meant purely for entertainment and practice.
In a progressive jackpot game, a small portion of every bet goes into a central pool, which grows over time. When a player wins the jackpot, the entire pool is paid out at once and then starts building from zero again. The prize in these games can be much larger than in regular slots.
Free spins are typically available in two ways: they are triggered automatically when a specific number of scatter symbols land at the same time in a game, or they are given by the casino as a promotional offer. No extra money is needed to use free spins, but winnings from them usually require a wagering requirement to be met before withdrawal.
fh99 features slot games from several popular providers including PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, and JILI. PG Soft's Fortune Tiger and Mahjong Ways, JILI's Fortune Gems, and Pragmatic Play's Gates of Olympus and Sweet Bonanza are particularly popular. Visit the slots page to see the full game library.
