These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the fh99 platform ("Platform", "Site", "we") and all its users ("Player", "you"). By creating an account at fh99 or using the platform, you are fully accepting these terms.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.
• Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200.
• Example: deposit ৳14,000 and receive the maximum ৳8,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳22,000.
• The bonus applies to the first deposit only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

• Wagering requirement: 25 times the bonus amount — calculated on the bonus amount only (not on the deposit amount).
• Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 25 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.
• No withdrawal from bonus funds is permitted until the wagering requirement has been completed.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus offers expire if not used within the specified period.
• fh99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus programme at any time.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, fh99 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and investigate the account.
• Claiming a bonus more than once through one account, one device, one IP address, or one payment method is prohibited.

All games on fh99 are operated using fair and verifiable Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Players must follow the rules below:

• Any result caused by a technical error will be considered void and the bet will be returned.
• Attempting to find vulnerabilities in the software or system is strictly prohibited.
• In live sports betting, fh99's decision on determining outcomes is final.

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited on the fh99 platform. Engaging in such activities will result in immediate account closure and may lead to legal action:

• Using the platform for money laundering or to clean illegal funds.
• Creating multiple accounts or abusing bonuses.
• Collusion (acting as a group to harm other players) or fraudulent tactics.
• Attempting to hack the system, or using malware or bots.
• Harassing or threatening other players or staff.
• Attempting fraudulent withdrawals through chargebacks or payment disputes.
• Operating an account on behalf of a third party or for a professional organisation.

fh99 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Any breach of the terms and conditions.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity.
• Failure to provide verification documents.
• Investigations related to security or money laundering.
• Self-exclusion at the player's own request.

In the event of account closure, any valid real-money funds (excluding bonus funds where wagering requirements have not been met) will be returned. However, all funds obtained through fraudulent activity will be forfeited.
